HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU
“The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first. The quality of our thinking depends on the way we treat each other while we are thinking.” ~ Nancy Kline
In coaching sessions, I provide you with a valuable thinking environment. In this space, you can verbally express your thoughts and feelings you wish to share, in strict confidentiality, with my full attention, and without any judgment or interruption.
My role as a coach is to be your thinking partner, where I provide you with my observations that could shine a light on what you might not have noticed or are unaware of about yourself. I will also ask you incisive, powerful, and sometimes challenging questions that could lead you to your insights and help you remove any mental obstacles you may not have realised were there.
By bringing you on a self-discovery journey and retrospection through coaching, I can help you uncover your fundamental values, interests, and strengths and link them to work tasks, a career path, or activities in your life that you find meaningful and challenging.
Through this coaching process, you have the opportunity to discover, amplify, and strengthen your existing skills and resources as you find your solutions and move towards achieving your goals and being YOUR BEST.
