Coaching for personal growth focuses on increasing your self-awareness, looking at life goals, unique challenges and long-standing aspirations. These sessions aim to help you evaluate your current life situation or life changes whilst assessing your values and strengths to improve specific areas of your life.
CORPORATE LIFE
These coaching sessions can help you develop your essential competencies to effectively complete your tasks and achieve your workplace goals. Some examples of these competencies include: handling tough conversations, overcoming intimidation, feeling confident in navigating office politics, getting clarity on career directions, developing decision-making skills, working successfully in a team environment, effectively managing work conflicts, and improving communication and social skills.
CAREER
These coaching sessions can help you find or design your career path by becoming more aware of your attributes and strengths and how you can best use them. The aim is to help you turn the job search into a creative and proactive process, empowering you and increasing your self-confidence and the ways you discover and start a perfect-fit career.
INTERNATIONAL
UNICEF works across 190 countries and territories to reach the children and young people who are most at risk and most in need. Since the beginning of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, UNICEF works to fulfill the core commitments for children in humanitarian action, including access to education, psychosocial support, water and sanitation, mine risk education, maternal and child health and HIV and AIDS services.
INTERNATIONAL
Children International We give children in poverty the tools they need to create brighter futures for themselves and their communities. With the support of our donors and sponsors, children and youth gain the skills and confidence they need to create promising futures free from poverty.
As payment for my coaching services,
my clients DONATE a minimum of 35 Euros (or equivalent in other currencies) per session
to one of the 2023 Charities that I support.
As a transformational life and career coach, my mission is to guide and support young individuals to live with vision and purpose and create the best version of themselves.
I’m an ICF certified professional coach with an educational background in psychology and currently conducting doctoral research to investigate the effects and impact of coaching on young millennial professionals.
